Derotech Offshore Services Limited (DOSL) is a Nigerian company specializing in offshore drilling for the oil and gas industry.

Since 2010, DOSL has been in a Joint Venture Partnership with Pacific Drilling USA, which has led to the establishment of Pacific International Drilling West Africa Limited (PIDWAL) in Nigeria. In 2022, Noble Drilling USA acquired both Pacific Drilling and Maersk Drilling.
